AEV reviews and approves applications from importers established in Luxembourg — the submission portal itself is shared across the EU.

In which language must I submit my CBAM application via AEV?+
The central EU CBAM Registry accepts submissions in English. Some member states require supporting documents (verifier reports, EORI evidence, etc.) translated into Lëtzebuerg; AEV publishes the language requirements for Luxembourg on its CBAM page.
