DOE reviews and approves applications from importers established in Cyprus — the submission portal itself is shared across the EU.

The central EU CBAM Registry accepts submissions in English. Some member states require supporting documents (verifier reports, EORI evidence, etc.) translated into Κύπρος; DOE publishes the language requirements for Cyprus on its CBAM page. Verify before assembling your application package.
