ERA reviews and approves applications from importers established in Malta — the submission portal itself is shared across the EU.

In which language must I submit my CBAM application via ERA?+
The central EU CBAM Registry accepts submissions in English. Some member states require supporting documents (verifier reports, EORI evidence, etc.) translated into Malta; ERA publishes the language requirements for Malta on its CBAM page. Verify before assembling your application package.
