KKM reviews and approves applications from importers established in Estonia — the submission portal itself is shared across the EU.

In which language must I submit my CBAM application via KKM?+
The central EU CBAM Registry accepts submissions in English. Some member states require supporting documents (verifier reports, EORI evidence, etc.) translated into Eesti; KKM publishes the language requirements for Estonia on its CBAM page. Verify before assembling your application package.
