MINGOR reviews and approves applications from importers established in Croatia — the submission portal itself is shared across the EU.

In which language must I submit my CBAM application via MINGOR?+
The central EU CBAM Registry accepts submissions in English. Some member states require supporting documents (verifier reports, EORI evidence, etc.) translated into Hrvatska; MINGOR publishes the language requirements for Croatia on its CBAM page. Verify before assembling your application package.
