NV reviews and approves applications from importers established in Sweden — the submission portal itself is shared across the EU.

The central EU CBAM Registry accepts submissions in English. Some member states require supporting documents (verifier reports, EORI evidence, etc.) translated into Sverige; NV publishes the language requirements for Sweden on its CBAM page. Verify before assembling your application package.
How do Swedish importers report CBAM to Naturvårdsverket?+
