According to the Federal Register notice, the investigation has been terminated following settlement agreements reached with the remaining respondents. The presiding administrative law judge issued Order Nos. 40 and 41 terminating the investigation with respect to all remaining respondents.
"Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission ('the Commission') has determined not to review two initial determinations ('ID') (Order Nos. 40, 41) issued by the presiding administrative law judge ('ALJ') terminating the investigation with respect to the remaining respondents based on settlement."
The termination marks the end of the formal investigation process. This means no anti-dumping duties will be imposed on the named products from the respondent countries involved, provided the terms of the underlying settlements are honored.
What this means for shippers
If you import integrated circuits, semiconductor devices, or electronics containing these components into the U.S., confirm immediately with your suppliers and freight forwarder whether any settlement terms apply to your shipments—non-compliance with settlement conditions could reopen duties retroactively. Check the full Federal Register notice for the specific products, countries, and any monitoring or reporting requirements that may still be in effect post-termination. Use our tariff lookup to verify your current landed cost now that this investigation is closed.
